Where and When?

During Winter (October - March) we will be attending the Tuesday 6.45pm 'Spin' class at Aberdeen Sports Village (£6 per class for non-members). You need to book on early to ensure your place on the class (members 5days in advance, non-members 3 days in advance).

During Summer (April - September) Aberdeen's new ladies cycling group meets every Tuesday evening at 6.30pm at the Boating Pond (next to the car park) in Duthie Park.

We decide on the night how long a ride we want to go and and where we want to go. At the end of the ride we will usually head for a refreshment break at a local establishment!

The group offers basic road safety and maintainance tuition.

Please wear a helmet and bright clothes and bike lights for darker evenings.

All abilities welcome!

Spin Class No.2 (we're going back for more punishment!)


Spin class no.2 tonight for me and Amy - Louise hopefully going to make it too tonight! 6.45pm start Aberdeen Sports Village - still lots of places on the calss as of yesterday, all welcome!
